Portsmouth are one of the more renewed teams of the Premier League finishing eighth and winning the FA CUP 2008 has given the "Pompeys" much to celebrate about. Sometimes called 'The Blues' and their fans known as 'The Blue Army' will have an optimistic feel to their campaign into the new season. Portsmouth play their home games at Fratton Park, in Portsmouth. It is the only football stadium in the English professional leagues to be located off the British mainland. Harry Redknapp, who is known for his technical approach to the game, will want his victories doubled by winning more silverware for the Pompeys' cupboards.
