With the intent of promoting the best documentary and news programmes in the world, Aljazeera Channel will hold the Aljazeera International Festival 2006 (JIF 2006) from Sunday, March 27th to Wednesday, March 30th, 2006 at Doha – Sheraton hotel Doha, Qatar. Its aim is to promote better cooperation and understanding among peoples and cultures.
